Dom works as Digital Transformation Manager at Unindustria Reggio Emilia. At four years old, he wrote his first code lines. As a teenager, he focused more on modern history and artificial intelligence. Machines weren't enough for him, so he moved to Rome, where he studied cognitive psychology and found his dimension around human-computer interaction and strategic design. Among the various job titles he collected, we can find Ux Designer, Cognitive Scientist, Head of UX Engineering, Web Dev, Senior Facilitator. From 2016 he is certified facilitator in the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology.
